Welcome IAMHS

IAMHS is a non-profit organization with the goal of providing mental health services for the Iranian-Americans in Southern California.

IAMHS was founded in Orange County, California in 2005, with the goal of facilitating access to mental health professionals for the Iranian-American community in Southern California, particularly in Orange County. In addition to providing access to mental health professionals, IAMHS intends to provide educational seminars, access to mental health services in the area, and networking among the professionals in the field.

Additionally, IAMHS works closely with the community services and programs provided by the city and the county to provide access to such services to the Iranian-American community.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote and expand mental health awareness within the Iranian community in Southern California. Our goal is to identify the specific emotional needs of the Iranian Community, educate, and facilitate access to mental health services. Our efforts would include coordination with other related specialties to meet the divers needs of our community.
